We are headed to Austin, Texas for this year’s South by Southwest Eco, from October4th-6th.

SXSW Eco, a three-day conference from the organizers of the original SXSW events, acknowledges the need for a concerted, cross sector approach to solving recognized sustainability/environmental challenges. Just as the SXSW Music, Film and Interactive Conferences & Festivals are an acknowledged annual launching pad for new creative content, SXSW Eco provides a singular atmosphere for fresh approaches to the most pressing challenges of our time.

In the spirit of the conference, the panel entitled,“Solving the First and Last Mile Commute Problem,” is set to include some of California’s top sustainable transportation experts who will debate the merits of the multi-modal transit system proposed by award-winning mobility designer and Conscious Commuter™ co-founder and CTO, Gabriel Wartofsky, who will also participate in the panel discussion.
